About the event

Are you doing more than your fair share at home BUT avoid talking to your partner about doing more because the conversation never goes well?

In this interactive workshop, we'll:

  • explore how societal norms shape our view of housework & frees us from blame

  • set realistic expectations & identify a task to start with

  • learn communication strategies that foster collaboration

Participants will leave with a personalized action plan, a framework for ongoing conversations, and the confidence to invite your partner in a way that feels good.

Join Sandi for this empowering session and take the first step toward a more balanced and equitable home life.

*All registrants will receive the recording from this free workshop and be signed up for my newsletter. Unsubscribe at any time.

Sandi Konta was an A+ "good girl" who grew into a burned-out, resentful supermom. Everything started to shift after she literally lost her voice and could see how she was complicit in her oppression.

As a Wayfinder Life Coach and a Certified Fair Play Facilitator, Sandi's mission is to help women break free from societal expectations, re-claim their worth and their time, and design a life that honors their unique needs and dreams.

Sandi skips through the blueberry bogs in southern Maine, where she is a mother of two, a partner to a sensitive soul, a puppy momma, a local activist, and a joyfully mediocre gardener.
