When I let go of who I thought I had to be I could finally and powerfully become who I really am
- Cleo Wade
You are enough. You've always been enough.
The system is what's broken.
Women are expected to do it all — juggling work, family, and everything in between — while sacrificing their well-being. It’s unsustainable, unhealthy, and not your fault.

I’ll help you break free from these impossible expectations, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and build a life that honors your needs.

You only need curiosity and a willingness to move forward — one small, manageable step at a time.
If you are ready for change but are unsure where to begin, this is for you...

What is coaching?Coaching is a collaborative process. I bring my curiosity, and you bring an area of your life that you want to change. Over multiple sessions, we'll explore what's important to you and why, what obstacles are keeping you from making these changes, and create strategies for moving forward, one small step at a time. You are the expert of your life. You have all the resourcefulness, wisdom, and creativity you need to create the change you desire. My role is to support you, give you permission to create the change you need, ask powerful questions, explore beliefs that may be holding you back, provide accountability, and share tools/resources that align with your goals.

How does coaching differ from therapy?I once heard someone say that a "coach is to a therapist, as a physical trainer is to a physician". I like that comparison. A therapist supports people who aren't at a healthy baseline works with them to diagnose and heal what's broken. They often do this by looking backwards and exploring trauma. A coach works with clients who are at a healthy baseline, and want to improve an area of their life. In coaching, you are the expert of your life. There is nothing to fix. My goal is to be a thought partner in your journey from baseline towards a life that better reflects your needs and dreams. I ask questions and share tools that help you connect with your agency, and then support you in taking steps in a direction of your choosing. In our coaching session, there may be areas that we explore that overlap with therapy. We may discuss the origins of beliefs that impact your life. We may also talk about your feelings.

How do I know if I'm ready for coaching? The fact that you're here is a big sign. You are craving change in some area of your life. All you need to bring to coaching is that desire, a willingness to be curious, and a commitment to taking the small, manageable steps (you choose) to move forward.

What is the purpose of coaching? The purpose of coaching is to help you move forward in an area of your life. You bring your story, and I bring powerful questions and tools to explore any obstacles that get in your way. We'll then think together how to move forward, one manageable step at at a time. I have helped clients in many different areas of their life. Here are a few examples: Equity at home How to be less complicit in their oppression (If you are consistently putting yourself last or taking on stress so others can avoid it, you are complicit in your oppression.) Career moves Unlearning patriarchal conditioning (bye bye outdated gender norms!) Perfectionism Mom guilt Hustle culture/thinking productivity equals your worth Beginning again after setbacks Returning to who they are losing sight of who they are in motherhood Remembering what brings them joy, and taking steps to re-integrate that in their life Re-integrating movement in their days

What results can I expect from coaching?Coaching is a partnership. While I'm there to support you, give you permission to create the change you desire, help you recognize patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you, and strategize how to move forward, you are the one who has to take what you've learned and make it come to life. You have to do the work. My clients have shared that working together has helped them reconnect with what's important to them, recognize patterns that don't serve them, and built trust in their ability to create meaningful change.
