Being good has

cost you enough.

Coaching for women ready to unlearn good girl conditioning, reclaim their humanity, and build lives rooted in aliveness and relationship.

Welcome, I'm Sandi.

I'm a coach for white women because our conditioning is specific, and so is the path to reclaiming our humanity, reconnecting with our inner wisdom, communities, and the natural world.

The journey begins with unlearning the lies taught to us by patriarchy, capitalism, and white supremacy.

I know because I've lived it. I'm walking right alongside you.

I believe that my liberation is tied to your liberation and the liberation of all people. I believe that when white women (me included) unlearn the conditioning that was created to keep us small and compliant, our families, communities, and beyond benefit.

And, I believe that, together, we can build a world that protects, supports, and celebrates all humans.

You don’t have to figure it out alone

You can unlearn being good.

That feeling of always being behind and never enough? It was never yours.

You were taught to question yourself by systems that benefit from your self-doubt.

Now you get to choose something different.

Your body will guide you back to yourself.

You were taught to push past exhaustion and keep everything running.

You may feel disconnected from your truths, but your body remembers.

You can learn to listen again. That's where self-trust begins.

Your aliveness matters.

Remember the things that made you feel like you, before family life and your never-ending to-do list took over?

The hobbies that delighted you as a little girl.
That thing you say you’ll do when your kids get older.

You deserve a life that makes you feel alive now, and what you do with that aliveness shapes the people and world around you.

Sandi held space for me to connect deeply with the truth of who I am and reflected back to me my beauty, abilities, and unique gifts at a time when I felt overwhelmed, incompetent, and deeply inadequate.
